Provides restorative justice in the community. Individuals are sentenced to community service hours through family court, probation, or youth court. Also offers tutoring where youth work with peers to learn study skills and improve academic standing.

Wyoming County youth, ages 13-18 for OMEGA and ages 8-16 for Youth Court. Youth ages 13-18 and in good standing are eligible to become members of the Youth Court itself. Service Area: Wyoming County.
