Our safe and caring “home away from home” provides extended care services, social interaction and daily care for people recovering from serious illness or injury all in a warm, friendly environment with a beautiful patio, spacious lobby, and private and semi-private rooms that patients can personalize with special items from home. Our doctors, nurses, therapists, social workers and other professionals are highly experienced and dedicated to supporting patients every step of the way during their recovery. Services include: Short-term inpatient rehabilitation and Skilled nursing (nursing home) services.
