The City of Cortland Youth Bureau (CYB) provides a wide variety of recreational and educational programs through the city park system and it facilities. CYB offers more than 100 programs and maintains seven city parks with athletic fields, playgrounds, pools, beach, skate park, youth center, park buildings, tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, pavilions, grills, cabanas and boating access points.
