In partnership with United Way of Long Island, provides disaster case management to individuals with unmet needs impacted by Hurricane Sandy. Connects individuals to private and public systems to help resolve disaster related issues and develop individual recovery plans. This program is funded by the American Red Cross. Serves the Latino community for Nassau and Suffolk County, but not limited to this population. Must have FEMA ID#.Income eligibility restrictions may apply.

Offers multiple social and educational services to the low and moderate income community of Nassau County. Services include: housing advocacy, citizenship, before and after school programs for children 5 to 12 years old and for middle school students, day workers job matching and skills enhancement, Computer Technology Center for High School students, adult education (ESL, computers, GED), financial literacy and life skills workshops.
