Learn about this transportation specialty with a close look at engines, fuel systems, after-treatment systems operation and troubleshooting. Perform hands-on projects in our state-of-the-art facility while receiving necessary professional skills. Prepare to become qualified to take the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) test in light diesel. OSHA-10 is also offered. Our English as a Second Language (ESL) courses are for students whose native language is not English and want to improve speaking, reading and writing skills. Our High School Equivalency program prepares students to earn a New York State Equivalency Diploma by successfully completing the New York State Testing Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC®) exam. Instruction is based on the content of the test, which includes Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies and Science.
