Offers two complimentary senior adult courses A Matter of Balance and Tai Chi led by fitness experts. Each course provides an effective approach to reduce the risk of falls. A Matter of Balance is an eight-week program that offers tips to help avoid falls and increase personal safety and provides exercises to help build strength and balance. Tai Chi is an eight-week program designed to improve calmness, confidence, and muscular strength. A balance assessment is required one month before the start of Tai Chi.
