New York State residents who: - are African American, Hispanic/Latino or Native American OR are considered economically disadvantaged by New York State standards - intend to pursue a major/career in science, technology, engineering, or science - will be a full time student - have earned an overall high school average of 78 or above OR possess a college GPA of 2.3 or above
