CAPTAIN STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM | CAPTAIN COMMUNITY HUMAN SERVICES

The CAPTAIN Street Outreach Program carries out services related to helping homeless and troubled youth leave the streets and secure appropriate, safe living arrangements, and to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of homelessness. Street Outreach is also in the community to help any youth who are in, or run the risk of becoming involved in a crisis. Street Outreach engage youth in their environment offering basic survival needs such as food, clothing, hygiene products, and access to emergency shelter as well as referrals, intervention, and exposure to positive adult role models. The purpose of Street Outreach is to aid youth in making positive decisions in their own lives to remain happy, healthy, and contributing members of society.
