Eligibility

People diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness, 18 yrs and older, who have SSI/SSD, or some other type of income. All potential applicants must complete a Single Point of Access (SPA) Application.

Provides 24 hour supervision in a residential home-like setting. Mental health restorative services are provided to all of the residents, including medication management, socialization, and symptom management.
