* Provides child care subsidies to help eligible families pay for quality child care.* Provides child care payment assistance by eligible providers during school closures for families not currently in receipt of subsidy. Families must provide the childcare application (6025 - available on website) as well as proof of employment for consideration. Applications are available on the Monroe County website and can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 585-753-6308.

Applications must be mailed back to: Income Eligible Daycare Team, 111 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620. Families who are currently receiving Temporary Assistance should continue to work with their case examiner.
