VETERAN COMMUNITY CASE MANAGEMENT | UNITED VETERANS BEACON HOUSE

Supports the VA's effort to prevent at-risk veterans from becoming homeless and rapidly rehousing those who have fallen into homelessness. Promotes housing stability and helps connect veterans and their family members to VA services and other benefits. Offers additional services such as case management, housing counseling, fiduciary and payee services, access or referrals to mental health care, child care services, legal services, personal financial planning services, and temporary financial assistance to those who qualify. Program in partnership with Services for the Underserved. Services available in Spanish.
