MATERNAL AND INFANT COMMUNITY HEALTH COLLABORATIVE (MICHC) | ORANGE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
MICHC will provide education, outreach, home visitation, referrals and follow-up to improve the general health and well-being of women and infants, with a focus on family planning and self-sufficiency. The program will engage women and link families to health and other supportive services in the targeted communities of Newburgh, Middletown and Port Jervis.
