Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) is a not-for-profit, social service agency that provides services to the children and families in our child welfare programs, early childhood education services to children Birth to 5 years of age from low-income families, and help to developmentally disabled adults to lead more fulfilling and independent lives.
