Coordinated Children's Services Initiative
A process designed to help families organize services from several agencies, as well as family and friends. Goal is to help families receive the supports and services necessary to prevent the out of home placement of children. Process helps the family identify and obtain needed services and helps the service providers become more in touch with the goals of the family.
