Provides short-term inpatient psychiatric hospitalization for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults struggling with mental illness (depression, manic-depression, debilitating anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, thoughts of suicide, and other mental illness) that cannot be managed safely in a less restrictive environment. Stabilization of the presenting psychiatric crisis is followed by a collaborative discharge plan using supportive outpatient services. Specialized Programs include: Child and Adolescent, Adult, Women's and Men's Programming, Dual Diagnosis/MICA Treatment (Mentally Ill Chemically Addicted), Holistic Treatment Options (Yoga, Massage, Tai-Chi, Drumming, Pastoral Care), Alternative Therapies and Support (Pet Therapy, Art Therapy, Peer Support, etc), Inpatient and Ambulatory Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), and much more.
