Applications accepted in person November 1st - December 1st, 2025 at mass times: Sunday at 10am; Monday-Wednesday & Friday at 11am; Saturday at 4:30pm.
Application process
Applications accepted in person by walk-in. Clients must bring with them / have on hand: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days; for example, a Food Stamp Budget Sheet, Medicaid documentation, or attestation form. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4. Picture ID for the person making the application 5. Proof of current address. For questions about holiday assistance call 211 or 888-696-9211.
