Self help group for anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, stress, fears of any kind, or anger that is getting in the way of social, work, and home life. Other interested persons are welcome to attend as observers. Group meets weekly.

Call Michele at 716-449-2255. Upon arriving at location, use front entrance and go to second floor.
Fee
Free. A free-will offering of $5.00 is welcome; no one will be turned away, however, for not making this contribution.
Eligibility
Anyone who is struggling with or has struggled with mental health problems, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, stress, fears of any kind, or anger that is getting in the way of social, work, and home life. Service Area: WNY.
