An information resource connecting families to community resources and child development information. Help Me Grow's focus population is children ages 0-6 years old. Offers the following services: - Centralized access point for information on general child development and parenting topics - Referrals to community resources - Linkage navigation and follow-up to ensure families connect with resources - Developmental questionnaire for children ages 0-72 months (6 years) - Developmental activities for parents to use at home - Partnerships with service providers and child health providers The Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) are family completed screenings that provide information on how a child is meeting their developmental milestones. Results and activities are shared with families upon completion to show how to support their children's development.
