Description

Public health insurance application assistance program for people who are aged, blind or disabled. Educates and assists New Yorkers with enrolling in Medicaid and the Medicare Savings Program (MSP)Facilitated Enrollment consists of private, one-on-one counseling about Medicaid and the Medicare Savings Program. We can meet with people at our offices, various public locations, also telephone appointments, or in special circumstances go to the home to mitigate barriers that might prevent someone from applying.
