SUDC ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT PROGRAM | SUDC FOUNDATION

Provides support groups and advocacy services to families (including grandparents and siblings) that are impacted by SUDC. Educational opportunities, presentations and information are also available to medical professionals on SUDC. All services are via telecommunications. *NOTE*: This agency does NOT handle situations where children have died from trauma as a result of SIDS, suicide, homicide, automobile accidents, chronic illness and/or overdose. However; referrals for these circumstances are given.
