Dutchess Outreach provides emergency assistance to individuals/families with problems of inadequate income. Services include advocacy and referral, food bank, emergency financial assistance, children's clothes closet, furniture exchange, and outreach. Can assist with rent, mortgage, prescriptions, or utilities only once.
