Provides acute and primary care medical services for residents of Lewis County with a 25 beds available for critical access in the hospital and 160 beds for the nursing home. Offers several specialty services, including orthopedics, general and ambulatory surgery, and women's health services.

The facility also offers inpatient acute rehabilitation, nursing home, Alzheimer's unit, maternity, emergency care, radiology, lab, intensive care, sleep lab, pain management, rehabilitation (OT, PT), occupational medicine, audiology, home health care, and hospice.
