A 24 hour medically monitored crisis service unit for persons with chemical or alcohol dependency problems who are in need of a safe supportive residential environment. The program provides the following services: transportation to hospitals, treatment facilities, legal systems and other needs 24 hour short term residential chemical dependency crisis service nursing assessment and ongoing monitoring supervision of self-administration of medication TB screening, testing, and follow-up chemical dependency assessment group and individual counseling and education health and nutrition education spirituality groups provision of nutritional meals and snacks linkage to aftercare and assistance with housing.
