Through the Employment Center programs and services, such as Job Search & Placement Assistance, Employment Counseling, and eligibility-based Training & Educational Opportunities are provided, Fresh Start is specifically designed to identify barriers faced by the ex-offender and offers guidance, techniques and proven strategies to create a path back into the workforce and successful career advancement.
