A career pathway is a combination of high-quality education, training, and other services that lead to successively higher credentials and employment opportunities in growing occupations. Includes Virtual workshops, virtual recruitment events, career guidance, Free Career & Online Training Services and Remote Work Experience.

18-24 years of age, resident of the Town of Hempstead / City of Long Beach, An individual with a disability, Legal Right to Work in the U.S. Not currently attending High School or college, and any one of the following: - A school dropout - HS grad who is economically disadvantaged and either deficient in reading and/or math, an English language learner - An individual who has been involved with the juvenile or adult justice system - A homeless individual - A foster child - An individual who is pregnant or parenting - An economically disadvantaged individual who requires assistance
