Offers two certificate programs in the field of medical records for anyone who wishes to become proficient in the Health Information Management profession. Certificate Programs are offered in: Certified Coding Specialist Preparation; and Health Care Billing-Physician and Hospital Billing. Courses are typically offered throughout the year on day, evening and weekend schedules. The courses can be taken online or at our Rockville Centre or Suffolk Campus. Also offered is a free career seminar led by experienced professionals who will offer real advice about career and academic paths and talk about both the satisfactions and challenges of their own chosen careers.
