THE CHILDREN'S GREENHOUSE | NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Offers childcare to support Nassau Community College students, staff, faculty and administrators. The center is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services and provides outstanding, yet reasonably priced, child care to allow parents to continue their education or employment knowing that their children are in a safe and nurturing environment. We work in tandem with the mission of the College, which is to provide affordable and accessible high quality education and career preparation to the residents of Long Island and beyond.

Nassau Community College is the largest single-campus community college in the state of New York. On average Nassau Community serves 20,000 day and evening students in 70 fields of study and another 10,000 individuals participated in continuing and professional studies each year. The college offers hundreds of day, evening, weekend and online/off campus (distance ed) courses in nearly 80 fields of study; Three types of degrees (AA, AS and AAS) and other special certificate programs and more than 300 noncredit, lifelong-learning (continuing education) courses.
