Other municipalities are exploring passing the ordinance. CACTC works with local law enforcement to expand party patrols. Majority Rules Campaign: with SUNY Cortland, developed a social norming campaign to combat misconceptions that every student drinks, provide facts about students' drinking behavior and supply information on drinking responsibly.
