Taking Control - Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Service

Allows consumers to become the supervisors of their own personal assistant services. A consumer can hire the assistant of their choice (subject to some restrictions), train the assistant in important areas of need, and supervise the assistant's work on a daily basis. If the personal assistant does not work well for the consumer, the consumer may replace the assistant.
