Rural Development programs include:- Single Family Housing financing for low to moderate income families for properties located in rural areas. Families may qualify for housing subsidies if eligible. This financing is for new or existing homes.- Community Loans and Grants: water and sewer loans and grants to rural communities; fire hall and fire trucks/ambulances to rural communities; day care centers; community-based centers; town halls; libraries.- Rural Business Enterprise Grants- Housing Preservation Grants- Elderly and family housing complexes for low income residents- Business and Industrial Loans
