Early Intervention Program - Chautauqua County Health Department

A comprehensive program designed to provide evaluations and services for eligible children and assist families in meeting their child's special needs. Participation in the Early Intervention Program is voluntary. Services are provided in the child's natural environment, including at home. Services that may be provided in-home include: - Developmental Disabilities Screening - Early Intervention - Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Speech, Language, Hearing
