TRANSITIONS (INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM) | JAWONIO - ROCKLAND

Services are combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help participants strengthen their understanding and manageability of their diagnosis by providing group, individual, family, therapy, care-coordination and medication management. This program is outpatient, short-term and designed to empower and help participants learn tools to become more self-sufficient. This is a time-limited, multidisciplinary structured treatment and can be used as a step-down from inpatient treatment or set up from community care.
