Believes that families who are struggling should not have to go through the trauma of a Child Protective Services (CPS) investigation. The Thrive Program can provide linkage and referrals to programs and assistance with support to families who need a hand-up.

Application process

Referrals are accepted by phone or email. Any referrals made after-hours will be addressed the next business day. Emergencies should be directed to local law enforcement or the SCR. Anyone can refer a family; however, anonymous referrals will not be accepted.
