CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES | NORTH SHORE PUBLIC LIBRARY
Provides Reference, Information and Referral, Readers Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 6 as well as parents. Programs and services include the Parent/Child Workshop, Read to Mudge, arts and crafts, storytimes, performances and films, and book discussions. Provides outreach services for the community, such as storytimes at North Shore Youth Council Summer Camp, and Before and After School Programs. Also participates in Hospital Outreach at Stony Brook University Medical Center.
