HURRICANE SANDY RESOURCE AND REFERRAL PROGRAM | FAMILY RESIDENCES AND ESSENTIAL ENTERPRISES

Serves as a resource and referral network for Long Island Hurricane Sandy survivors to gain access to much needed services such as individual case work, housing assistance and social service supports. Determines eligibility for services and ensures that long term recovery plans are in place. This program is supported through the American Red Cross. Call for further information. Walk ins welcome. Assistance available in American Sign Language, Spanish and Creole.

Offers full range of residential alternatives for intellectually and/or developmentally disabled adults: day treatment, day habilitation, case management, supported work program, Continuing Day Treatment Center, respite programs for children 5 and older (Saturday) and individuals 12+ (weekday program) and an Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
