Serves as a resource and referral network for Long Island Hurricane Sandy survivors to gain access to much needed services such as individual case work, housing assistance and social service supports. Determines eligibility for services and ensures that long term recovery plans are in place. This program is supported through the American Red Cross. Call for further information. Walk ins welcome.
