FAMILIES WORK (FW) | NORTHERN RIVERS FAMILY OF SERVICES
Provides a program for families to help children who are at risk of placement or who are already in placement with a goal of uniting with their families.
Clients are seen at least once a week in their home with a trauma-informed approach. Services can include but are not limited to parenting skill building; anger management; stress management; problem solving; safety planning; supportive concrete services; case planning and school consultation.
