If a client is looking for a connection to Permanent Housing and/or Homeless Prevention services and they can get to a local access point, then you will be referring them to that agency to complete a CE intake. If the client is unable to get to one of those access points you will be referring them to the CARES CE line.Priority given to actual homeless individuals and people fleeing domestic violence situations
