Transitional Independent Living Program (TILP) - COI
Assists homeless youth with housing for 6 to 18 months. Youth must be in school, working, or seeking employment while in the program. Youth develop life skills, such as financial self-sufficiency, domestic management, and relationship skills. Other assistance includes food, clothing, transportation, family mediation, advocacy, and referrals. Youth Corps leadership and youth services projects also included.
