Provides social and recreational programs for older adult such as Exercise Classes, PI Social Discussion Group, Regional Advisory Committee meetings, What Matters to You Men's Community Group, Yes We Can Fridays, Blankets of Love Crocheting and knitting for a cause, Book Club, Golden Hearts Bingo and Blood Pressure Screenings, and Monthly Community Education Chats/Programs. Exercise classes include Fitness, Tai Chi, Yoga and Dance. Programs can be viewed on www.mynhtv.com/fitness to watch the classes online.
