Students can call the intake number for more information on how to enroll at the centralized intake location. Students must prove Erie or Niagara County residency and eligibility as pertains to a barrier to employment.

Youth ages 16-24 years residing in Erie or Niagara County and out of school through dropout or graduation, but unemployed or below basic skills level.
