Supportive Living (Erie County) by Caz Recovery
Provides peer-supported apartments located in Buffalo and surrounding areas that accommodate individuals who are able to manage their substance use disorder with less intensive supports. Staff are on call 24 hours a day and meet with residents weekly. Linkage is provided for outpatient treatment, educational, and vocational services. Select beds are also available for children school age or younger who will reside with their parent. Program employs client-centered cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies, along with motivational interviewing to help residents learn to cope with life experiences without relying on substance use. Utilizes trauma-informed care practices that seek to address each individual's past history or trauma and its effect on their lives.

DSS and SSI/SSD (Congregate Care Level 2 domiciliary rate with a sliding fee scale) accepted. Private pay is also an option.
