Serves blind people of all ages. Only programs available to Long Islanders are the VCB, Visions Center on Blindness, located in Spring Valley, NY, the Visions/CIL Publications Series of self-study cassette kits and programs at Selis Manor, New York, NY 10011, and Blindline I&R.
