* Provides programs to help juvenile delinquents such as the PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision) Program.* Provides intake access to the courts for the public seeking resolution of matters concerning custody and visitation, and conducts investigations relative to custody and visitation matters.* Prepares family offense petitions which domestic violence victims take to Family Court.* Provides community service sentencing, pre-trial release services, enhanced with electronic home monitoring, as well as strengthening relations with Drug Court and Restorative Justice Planning.

Ontario County resident. Individual requirements vary by case. Community Service Program: Screening interview, court referral. Excludes any offender with past or present sex offender conviction.
