YOUTH ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT PROGRAM - CHWC | CHILDREN'S HOME OF WYOMING CONFERENCE
Program is designed to address the significant needs of youth who are either at risk of entering or returning home from inpatient or residential settings. The Youth ACT team delivers intensive, highly coordinated, individualized service and therapeutic interventions to help youth achieve success in their homes, schools, and communities.
