Description
We provide counseling for children of all ages, individual counseling, as well as family counseling. Counseling services are based on therapeutic models, which seek to improve individuals and relationships through improved communication, coping skills, and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors. Case management and bilingual services are available upon request.

Provides a comprehensive array of educational and recreational programs and services to the Patchogue-Medford community. Programs and services offered include: after-school psycho-educational programs in elementary, middle and high schools, youth civic groups, food pantry, clothes closet, individual counseling for youth and adults, volunteer opportunities, Thanksgiving and holiday assistance. They also offer various recreational activities including crafts, acting and dance classes, guitar lessons and camp offered during school breaks and summer vacation. Most of the programs are free of charge and are offered in both English and Spanish.
