The Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP) provides housekeeping and personal care services, respite services for family members of EISEP clients, ancillary services and case management services. Services are provided under contract through licensed home care agencies.

The Fulton County Office for Aging is the designated area agency on aging for Fulton County. This office provides advocacy, nutrition, transportation, non-Medicaid home care, health insurance counseling, case management, Home Energy Assistance Program application assistance as the alternate certifier, caregiver services, community education and is the link and partner in NY Connects.
