VICTIMS COMPENSATION - CVAC | CRIME VICTIMS ASSISTANCE CENTER

CVAC staff helps crime victims apply for victim's financial compensation from New York State Office of Victim Services. Guidelines for compensation explained and could include reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for medical treatment not covered by insurance, loss of earnings, counseling, transportation for court appearances, and burial expenses.
