Provides a continuum of care for the elderly, disabled adults and those in need of rehabilitation in the New York Metropolitan area, especially the Long Island area. The services include long and short term inpatient care, a newly opened Advanced Care Unit, adult day social program, sub acute care, home care, dialysis, hospice care and an Infusion Therapy Center.
