TRANSITIONAL HOUSING | HELP USA-WESTHELP MOUNT VERNON
Provides transitional housing for homeless families with a broad range of social services to help them achieve financial independence. Services include case management, housing placement assistance, day care, food pantry, youth leadership training, medical/physical health assessment and an advocacy program.
