Description

Assist recipients of Temporary Assistance for Need Families and Safety Net Assistance in applying and qualifying for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Assists recipients with obtaining necessary medical documentation and evaluations to support SSI application. Refers recipients to Legal Aid Services when applicable.
